I’ve always sat somewhere between traditional business thinking and modern digital marketing.

After finishing school in 1997, I studied International Trade before completing a double degree in Marketing and Business Management at Monash University in the early 2000s, at a time when marketing still centred heavily around psychology, positioning, customer behaviour and real-world business strategy.

Early in my career, I worked in corporate market research, specialising in online digital questionnaires and consumer insight at a time when the digital side of the industry was still emerging. It gave me a strong understanding of both traditional marketing principles and the evolving online space very early on.

But entrepreneurship kept pulling me elsewhere.

Over the years, I’ve built and run multiple businesses across retail, ecommerce, product development and branding. I created and sold natural skincare brands online and through boutiques, developed my own packaging and websites long before modern drag-and-drop platforms existed, and later opened a handmade retail store in Melbourne, working closely with more than 70 independent artists, makers and small business owners.

That experience shaped the way I see business today.

I understand that a business is not just a logo or a website. It is something people feel through every interaction - your signage, your messaging, your customer experience, your packaging, your enquiry flow, your online presence and the energy behind how it all connects together.

In 2017, I founded The Feel as a social media agency, but over time it became clear that my work extended far beyond social media alone.

In 2026, The Feel evolved into The Feel Co. — a brand and business presence studio built for real-world businesses wanting thoughtful strategy, refined digital presence and marketing grounded in both traditional principles and modern execution.

My approach is immersive rather than transactional. I naturally look beyond the original brief, noticing where things feel disconnected, unclear or undersold and helping businesses create a presence that feels more aligned, more professional and easier for customers to trust and choose.

I work best with businesses that care deeply about what they do and want it represented properly.
